Provides patient assistance to accessing services that best meet the healthcare needs of the individual. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; one year certificate from college or technical training program for medical office procedures preferred; experience in outpatient healthcare clinic preferred. Reporting/Data Analyst
This position is responsible for enhancing and maintaining moderately complex internal software applications. Works from specifications to design, debug, and test program logic. Prepares and designs reports for data analytics. Will need a good understanding of relational database design and writing optimized SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures. Required: High School Disploma or equivalent required; Minimum of 1 year college experience or equivalent workplace experience in related field.

HR Recruitment Assistant
Provides administrative support to the HR team including processing applications, file maintenance, and scheduling meetings. Provides support to the HR Generalist for job postings, data-base searches. Primary duties will include filing, pre-employment, placement of ads (including social media, school programs, etc), coordinates on-site interviews, and conducting new-hire orientations. The right candidate will display excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, an ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work. Attention to detail is a must and proficiency with Microsoft Office a must.  REQUIRED: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2 years of direct HR experience; Associates degree with 1-year direct HR experience; or Bachelor's degree in related field, previous experience in human resource function preferred.

Outreach Care Coordinator
Ensures the overall success of physician's treatment by collaboratively working with patients, physicians, and practice teams to provide the best care possible as described in the treatment plan. The majority of the job will consist of clinical data management using the computer, outreach to patients and healthcare facilities, and direct contact with patients. Reviews and assesses patient data, including outpatient treatments, inpatient treatments, emergency room visits, medications, medical benefits from Electronic Medical Records (EMR), chart reviews, or other information, to assist in the monitoring and facilitation of adherence to prescribed care plans. REQUIRED: LPN with minimum of three to five years practical experience, preferably in a primary care outpatient setting. Active LPN license with State of Tennessee License.

Registered Nurse
Provides general nursing care to patients in the outpatient integrated clinical setting. REQUIRED: Active TN license as Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience; Pediatric experience a plus. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Provides assistance to physicians and registered nurses by preparing patient encounters, scheduling referrals, administering immunizations, among other duties. Psychiatric Nurse

Provides supportive therapy to mentally ill, emotionally disturbed, or mentally handicap patients and participates in rehabilitation and treatment programs supervised by psychiatrist or nurse practitioner REQUIRED: Diploma Nursing or greater degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed or licensed eligible in the State of Tennessee as a Registered with two years psychiatric experience desired

Provides comprehensive assessment diagnosis of behavioral health clients. Actively participate in meetings that support Cherokee’s integrated health care model to provide comprehensive care for clients. Required: PhD in Clinical Psychology with active license in the state of TN as a Clinical Psychologist

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Cherokee Health Systems is currently seeking a dedicated and talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dedicated professionals including four established behavioral professionals to provide complete psycho-pharmacotherapy to a clients daily in and outpatient clinical setting. No on-call, no inpatient work, and holidays off! Masters Degree in Nursing with special emphasis on psychiatric nursing. Registered Nurse with minimum of two years psychiatric clinical experience in, in-patient or outpatient facility or Mental Health Center. Or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. ANCC certificate in order to prescribe.

Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Diagnoses or evaluates mental and emotional disorders of individuals, couples and families and administers programs of treatment. Provides clinical services for referred patients in school and/or clinic settings; Offers consultation to area schools and agencies; Responds to school crises as necessary. Required: Master' s degree in Social Work or related field of study; LCSW preferred.

Peer Support Specialist
Works with both behavioral and primary care staff to provide services that are geared toward the development of healthy life choices. REQUIRED: High School diploma or equivalent; must be eligible to pursue the Tennessee Certified Peer Counselor credential and obtain this credential within one year of hire. Prior lived experience and working knowledge of the mental health system and services Required.

Case Manager
Instructs individuals and families in the community about health education and disease prevention; Helps to coordinate care with other health care providers, monitors stability and independent living: Required: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, social work, or related field; 1-2 years of previous experience in linking consumers with various community resources preferred.

CRISIS STABILIZATION UNIT:

Registered Nurse
Provides general nursing care to patients in the residential crisis stabilization unit. Diploma in Nursing or greater degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience with inpatient care. One or two years related psychiatric and/or mental health experience preferred. Must be eligible for certification or willing to be certified in crisis intervention.
• Nights and Weekend Coverage

Nurse Manager
Provides clinical support and related administration and coordination duties for Crisis Stabilization Unit programs. REQUIRED: Must have active license as Registered Nurse in the state of TN. Must have 3-5 years nursing experience. Supervisory experience a must; inpatient experience preferred.

Mobile Crisis Clinician
Counsels individuals or groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, or family situations and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plan in crisis stabilization setting. Required: Master Degree (MSW or MSSW); or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in State of Tennessee REQUIRED.
