SUMMARY
Functions as part of the integrated team to provide collaborative support and facilitate patient care, primarily as part of telehealth services provided Physician or Nurse Practitioner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience in medical/behavioral health setting and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Work Processing software, Spreadsheet design software, and an ability to learn and understand the general technical requirements for the telemedicine system. With training, ability to provide basic technical support and to triage more difficult problems to appropriate staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipment; ability to understand and follow oral and written directions; ability to establish and follow detailed work procedures; communication skills for relaying information with tact and diplomacy; ability of attention to detail; ability to exercise independent judgement.
