Location: Knox Co./Knoxville
The Program Assistant will work directly with the Program Coordinator to manage recruitment, engagement, retention, and monitoring of participant flow within the All of Us Research Program

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Previous experience working in healthcare to include taking patient vitals, comprehension of electronic health records, and/or the willingness to be trained in patient triage activities including height, weight, blood pressure, and measurements.
Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally with clients, coworkers, and members of management. Excellent professional customer service skills required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, electronic medical records, spreadsheet design software, and data entry platforms.
Certificates and Licenses
Must maintain a valid TN driver’s license.
