Responsible for providing Crisis Stabilization Unit residents with adequate support and supervision during their stay in the facility as well as specific day-to-day functions in the CSU under the direct supervision of the Behavioral/Primary Care staff.
Education & Experience:
A High School diploma or GED is required, 2 years experience in behavioral care preferred; CPR certification preferred but will train qualified applicants; CPR certification preferred but will train qualified applicants
Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally with clients, coworkers and members of management. Excellent professional customer service skills required.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, NextGen, Electronic Medical Records software and Spreadsheet design software.
