SUMMARY
The Program Research Assistant will work directly with the Program Coordinator to manage recruitment, engagement, retention, and monitoring of participant flow within the All of Us Research Program
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following:
Tracking participant enrollment status and contact preferences using a specified database;
Managing participant inbound and outbound calls;
Contacting participants to complete components of the All of Us Research Program;
Facilitating completion of surveys and informed consent documentation;
Other duties as assigned.
Travel between three Cherokee Health Systems sites (i.e., Center City in Knoxville, TN, 5th Street in Morristown, TN, and Chapman Hwy in Seymour, TN) will be required. Weekly meetings with the Program Coordinator will provide monitoring and oversight of these and other required duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Communication Skills:
Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally with clients, coworkers, and members of management. Excellent professional customer service skills required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, electronic medical records software, and spreadsheet design software.
Certificates and Licenses
Must maintain a valid TN driver’s license.
